Today, we celebrate the birthday of our Applied Forensics Specialist, Todd Jester. 

Todd spearheads our Trimble Forensics division here at PLI. 

He is a retired State Trooper with over 27 years of service with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, having operated as an investigator in their Crash/Crime Scene Reconstruction Unit.

His record includes participation with over 58 state, local and federal agencies in cases including homicides, aircraft, and large-scale, multi-vehicle scenes. 

It is this knowledge and dedication to professional excellence that has made Todd a vital part of PLI, and we’re honored to have him as part of the team here!
