In order to transfer files to/from a Windows Mobile device from a Windows PC Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) is required. Without this program the Windows PC will not be able to communicate with the Windows Mobile based device via USB connection. Download the instructions below to download and set up the WMDC program.

Alternatively, you can transfer files to an SD card on the Windows Mobile handheld and then transfer them to the PC via SD card.

For Windows 10 users WMDC may not launch after installation. This is a known issue in Windows 10. After installation in Windows 10, if WMDC will not open or hangs up during launch, click here to fix that.
